# Research method

Every result should state the question, hypothesis, controls, changed variable, hardware, software, seed, metrics, raw artifacts, observation, limitations, and reproduction command.

Prefer a small controlled comparison over an impressive uncontrolled run. Keep negative results, record the exact configuration, and distinguish measured facts from interpretation. Never download a large model merely to validate a refactor.
