Description

The main topics of this project was: - scaling of equations - eigenvalue problems - unit testing

We considered a horizontal beam of length L fastened with pin endpoints. The vertical displacement were denoted as u(x), and we were interested in studying the different static shapes the beam (u(x)) can take due to an applied force at the endpoint directed into the beam.

Folder content

This folder is the default save location for all the datafiles produced by the prorgam. As the datafiles are large binary files, we are not able to upload them to git. This folder is therefore empty, and may just contain a dummy file so that the folder is included if the repository is cloned.
